SMS TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Keystone Vacation Rentals offers text messaging to prospective guests, guests, and property owners who choose to receive SMS communications.

Types of messages
Messages may include responses to rental and booking inquiries, reservation updates, arrival and departure coordination, check-in instructions, maintenance scheduling, and guest or property-management support. Messages will relate to the purposes described when you consent.

Your consent
By providing appropriate consent, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Keystone Vacation Rentals at the mobile number you provide. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in our SMS program. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking a stay, renting a property, purchasing services, or receiving assistance. Service-message consent does not enroll you in promotional texts; promotional messaging requires separate consent.

Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, reservations, service requests, and relationship with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Opt out
Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation of your request. We will then stop sending messages through the SMS program unless you opt in again. You can continue to contact us by phone or email.

Delivery and emergencies
Text delivery depends on mobile carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messaging to report emergencies. For urgent property assistance, call (678) 807-3570. For immediate threats to life or safety, call 911.

SMS PRIVACY NOTICE

Information we collect
When you contact us or consent to text messaging, we may collect your name, mobile number, message contents, information relevant to your rental inquiry, reservation or service request, and records of your consent and opt-out preferences.

How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, coordinate reservations and stays, provide guest and property-management support, manage messaging preferences, and maintain consent records.

Mobile information and consent
We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent use.

Service providers may process information only as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging service on our behalf, not for their own marketing. Other information-sharing provisions do not authorize sharing SMS opt-in information or consent for third-party or affiliate marketing.

Your choices
